The Deposits API provides endpoints for managing financial deposits and their associated transactions.

## Key Concepts

### Deposit Structure

Deposits are financial records that contain:

* **Transaction Management**: Collection of related transactions
* **Total Calculation**: Aggregate total of all included transactions
* **Fiscal Period Tracking**: Association with specific fiscal periods
* **Property Association**: Each deposit is linked to a specific property
