The Listings API provides endpoints for managing and interacting with property listings.

## Key Concepts

### Listing Status

Listings can be in various states:

* `VACANT_READY`
* `VACANT_NOT_READY`
* `OCCUPIED_ON_NOTICE`
* `OCCUPIED_NO_NOTICE`
* `DOWN`
* `PROPERTY_UNIT`
* `PROPERTY_OFFICE`
* `NON_PRODUCTIVE`

### Listing Formats

Listings can have different formats:

* `JSON`
* `MITS`
