## Request

### Payload

- `eventId` (string, required) — Unique identifier for this event. Stable across delivery attempts, so consumers must dedupe on this value. Also sent as the X-Fortress-Event-Id header.
- `eventType` (enum, required) — What happened, in resource.action form. Also sent as the X-Fortress-Event-Type header. New values are added over time.
  - Allowed values: `application.signed`
- `occurredAt` (datetime, required) — ISO-8601 UTC timestamp of when the event occurred, not when it was delivered. A retried delivery carries the original occurredAt.
- `data` (ApplicationSignedData, required) — Event payload. The shape is determined by eventType.

## Types

Payload of an application.signed event. Delivered each time the last required adult in the household e-signs their application form.

- `propertyId` (string, required) — The property the application belongs to.
- `householdId` (string, required) — The household.
- `applicationId` (string, required) — The application whose household finished signing. Read the record from GET /applications/\{applicationId}.
- `lastSignerApplicantId` (string, required) — The household member whose signature completed the household. On a re-signing it is the member who signed last that time.
