Key Concepts

Activity Types

Activities can be of various types:

  • EMAILED - Email communication sent
  • TEXTED - SMS/text message sent
  • CALLED - Phone call made
  • CALL_FAILED - Phone call failed
  • VISITED - Property visit occurred
  • VISIT_CANCELLED - Property visit cancelled
  • VISIT_NO_SHOW - Prospect didn’t show for visit
  • TOURED - Property tour conducted
  • TOUR_CANCELLED - Property tour cancelled
  • TOUR_NO_SHOW - Prospect didn’t show for tour
  • APPLICATION_CREATED - Application was created
  • APPLICATION_WAITLISTED - Application was waitlisted
  • APPLICATION_CANCELLED - Application was cancelled
  • APPLICATION_DENIED - Application was denied
  • UNIT_ASSIGNED - Unit assigned to applicant
  • UNIT_UNASSIGNED - Unit unassigned from applicant
  • LEASE_OFFERED - Lease offer sent to portal
  • LEASE_EXECUTED - Lease was signed
  • MOVE_IN - Move-in completed
